In support of this we pledge that: |
We will continue to fulfil the command, which was given by Peter the Apostle of our Lord on the Day of Pentecost-repentance, water baptism in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and the receiving of the gift of the Holy Ghost. Acts 2 vs 38.
We will edify the body of Christ, which was purchased by the shedding of His blood, through the teaching and preaching of the Word of God. Acts 20 vs 28.
We will maintain the faith of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and proclaim sound doctrine as taught by the Apostles. Jude vs 3.
We will always conduct ourselves, with a purpose to carry on, promote and foster the manifold blessings and spiritual comfort derived from the practice and belief of faith in the manner taught by the Apostles of Jesus Christ. |
